ROSA ELIZABETH RILEY

Graveside services for Rosa Elizabeth Riley will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday at Spring Grove Cemetery, Chewning Road, Pinewood, with the Rev. Duwine Sinker officiating.

A public viewing will be held from 2 to 6 p.m. today at the mortuary.

Rosa was born on March 11, 1937, in Clarendon County, to the late James Allen and Catherine McConico Green.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, James Allen Riley; and a sister, Dorcus White.

She departed this life on Wednesday, Sept. 23, 2020, in Sumter.

She leaves to cherish her memories: a son, George (Mickey) Riley Jr.; three daughters, Betty Glover, Dorothy Canty and Caterine (Kenneth) Doleman; 17 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
