Rosa Lee Wright Ramsey, 81, widow of Lisbon H. Ramsey, departed this life on Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2020, at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital.
She was born on Aug. 22, 1939, in Sumter, a daughter of the late Franklin and Mattie Alston Wright.
