RUBY M. BLAIR

Ruby M. Blair, 59, died Sunday, March 16, 2025, at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital, Sumter. Born Aug. 9, 1965, in Sumter, she was the daughter of the late Louise Dinkins and Thomas Kirkland.

The family will receive relatives and friends at the home of her daughter, 1772 Smalls Drive, Sumter.
