Samuel Mahoney, 79, died on Tuesday, Sept. 7, 2021, at Sumter Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Born on Aug. 12, 1942, in Sumter County, he was a son of the late Samuel and Mary Gooden Mahoney.
In accordance with COVID-19 guidelines, the family requests that face masks and social distancing be observed during limited visitation at the home of his brother and sister-in-law, James and Katie Mahoney, 4545 Cotton Acres Road.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by Williams Funeral Home Inc.
