Satzger-Cox

Retired Lt. Col. and Mrs. Mark L. Cox of Sumter announce the engagement of their son, Ian Madison Cox of Greenville, to Sasha Satzger of Greenville, daughter of Mr. Douglas A. Satzger and Deanna Ramey, both of Pendleton.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. David Sr. and Mrs. Jeanine Ramey of Mount Pleasant and the late Mr. Henry and Mrs. Florence Satzger of Morristown, New Jersey. She graduated in 2017 from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreational Therapy. She is employed as the activities director for TerraBella Summit Assisted Living and Memory Care.

The bridegroom-elect is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Gordon W. Cox of Sumter and the late Mr. and Mrs. Rodney D. Derrick of Hopkins. He graduated in 2012 from Wilson Hall and in 2018 from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. He is employed as a mortgage loan servicing specialist by Lima One Capital.

The wedding is planned for Dec. 10, 2022, at Revel Event Center in Greenville.
