Shedrick "Ricky" Maddison Burk V, 36, husband of Laquetta Deanne Pearson Burk and son of Shedrick Maddison Burk IV and Gwendolyn Phillps Burk, was born on Jan. 29, 1982, in Grand Forks, North Dakota. He departed this life on Friday, Nov. 16, 2018, at McLeod Regional Medical in Florence.
