Shirley McMillan, 70, died Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2019, at Prisma Health Richland Hospital, Columbia.
Born Nov. 29, 1948, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, she was a daughter of Ted and Stella McLaughlin McMillan.
The family will receive relatives and friends at the home, 52 Carrol Drive.
