Sumter High School remains at No. 7 in the 5A portion of the S.C. Prep Media Football Poll released on Tuesday since all of the teams ranked ahead of Sumter last week won again on Friday.

Dutch Fork is still the unanimous No. 1 followed by Gaffney, Fort Dorchester, Byrnes, Dorman, T.L. Hanna and the Gamecocks. There was a shakeup in the final three spots though.
River Bluff moved from ninth to eighth, while West Florence entered the poll at No. 9 and Berkeley came in at No. 10. Blythewood and Greenwood both fell out after losses.
Sumter is again the only local team to be ranked. The only other local team receiving votes is East Clarendon in the 2A poll. The Wolverines are 2-0 after beating Scott's Branch 39-0 last Friday.
There is a new No. 1 in the 1A poll. Defending state champion Green Sea-Floyds took over on top from Lamar, which fell into a tied for third place with Lake View.
Wagener-Salley moved from third to second. GSF picked up nine first-place votes while W-S and Lamar had one apiece.
The No. 1 teams remain the same in the 4A, 3A and 2A polls. Myrtle Beach is a unanimous choice in 4A as is Abbeville in 2A. Chester received all but one first-place vote in 3A, with that going to Dillon.
