SONJA GAMBLE ENGLAND

Sonja Gamble England, 67, widow of Robert England, died on Thursday, Jan. 16, 2020, at her home.

Born in Sumter, she was a daughter of the late Thomas Earle Gamble Sr. and Curlee Baird Gamble. Mrs. England was a former director of Palmetto Towers for many years, where her residents loved her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Brittany England; one sister, Billie Jean Gamble Trumble; and her brother, Thomas Earle Gamble Jr.

Funeral services will be private.
