Lee Central’s boys basketball team improved to 6-1 on Friday night, beating Crestwood 81-65 for their second victory over the Knights this season.

Lee Central’s boys basketball team improved to 6-1 on Friday night, beating Crestwood 81-65 for their second victory over the Knights this season.

Sophomore guard LeBron Thomas led the stallions with 22 points while junior guard DaVeon Thomas added 18 points. Senior forward Kentrell Hollomon and senior center Darius Perry each notched 10 points.

Mitchell Pollard led the way for the Knights with 11 points, and Desmond Mcmillan 10 points.

Lee Central led 49-27 at halftime, but were outscored 38-32 in the second half.

Up next for the Stallions is a matchup with Lakewood on Saturday afternoon followed by their region opener against Central on Tuesday.
