Starr deserves a life with a family who will love and care for her

Starr is a smaller-sized terrier mix who weighs 32 pounds. A little shy around other dogs but friendly to the volunteers, Starr seems to have had owners who neglected her. She has had several litters of puppies. Starr is looking for a new family to show her the love and care she deserves. She is in kennel 42 at Sumter Animal Control, 1240 Winkles Road. As with all of our adoptable dogs, we do require a spay or neuter agreement, and it is strictly enforced. Proof of spay/neuter after adoption will be required.
