State school leader Molly Spearman hosts lunch with Sumter teachers

National Board Certified Teachers, who are a part of Sumter School District's LEAP cohort with the S.C. National Board Network, had lunch last Saturday with State Superintendent of Education Molly Spearman, center, to discuss the state of national board certification in South Carolina. Sumter School District is home to 68 NBCTs and has 37 in the second district cohort pursuing certification this year.
