Steele-Leverette

Rudy and Donna Donlon Steele of Sumter announce the engagement of their daughter, Tara Eden Steele, to Dennis Arthur Leverette Jr., son of Dennis and Dr. Deborah Daughtry Leverette of Columbia.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Thomas and Lola Mae Hicks Donlon of Sumter and the late Jack and Hilda Drye Steele of Charleston. She graduated from the College of Charleston and is employed as a regulatory manager for Rhythmlink International in Columbia.

The bridegroom-elect is the grandson of Helen Walker Daughtry and the late Vernon Daughtry of Columbia and the late James and Agnes McCann Leverette of Greenville. He received his undergraduate degree from Roanoke College and an MBA from the University of South Carolina. He is employed as a risk consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Columbia.

A March 2020 wedding is planned in Columbia.
