STEVEN EUGENE LAUX JR.

DALLAS, N.C. - Steven Eugene "Bolie" Laux Jr., age 46, gained his wings on Wednesday, Jan. 13, 2021.

Born on Jan. 19, 1974, in Sumter, he was a son of Steven Eugene Laux Sr. and Brenda Truett Laux. He worked at Pilgrim's Pride for more than 17 years, he then continued his journey at Santee Print. He loved working on vehicles.

He was the husband of Lisa Drawdy Laux; the daddy of Cassey Brooke Laux and Kiley Andrea Laux; and the papa of Langston Whittleigh Atkinson. He has three sisters, Melissa Laux (David), Katie Laux and April Bridgeman (Travis); one brother, Jamie Laux (Sandra); and several nieces and nephews. His companion was Crystal Parker of North Carolina. He was the son-in-law of Wanda M. Drawdy and the late William A. Drawdy Sr.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday in the Bullock Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park cemetery.

The family will receive friends two hours prior the service on Sunday from noon to 2 p.m. at Bullock Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be George Mefford, Brett Walson, Ronnie Jackson, Harry Lesane, Travis Bridgeman and Richard Adams.
