Sumter Animal Control's Ellie is a beauty

This girl is a beauty. Ellie weighs 58 pounds and we are guessing 3-5 years old. She was turned in to animal control when her owner moved and left her roaming the neighborhood. She is sweet and gentle to the volunteers. She loves ear scratches and attention. Ellie is getting along with the other dogs on her daily walks. Unfortunately, she has tested positive for heartworms and will start her treatments soon. Ellie is a cutie pie.

As with all of our adoptable dogs, we do require a spay or neuter agreement, and it is strictly enforced. Proof of spay/neuter after adoption will be required.
