Sumter Animal Control's Rihanna has pizazz and personality

Rihanna is a diamond in the rough. She's got the pizazz, the personality and the love. She just needs a home where she can thrive. Rihanna loves people and loves other dogs. She is looking for a home with a playful human or canine friend. Rihanna would be a perfect addition to any family. She is 6-12 months old and weighs 28 pounds.

As with all of our adoptable dogs, we do require a spay or neuter agreement, and it is strictly enforced. Proof of spay/neuter after adoption will be required. We have many other adoptable dogs as well as animals who were found and are waiting for their owners to claim them.
