Sumter deputies seek help locating 16-year-old runaway

Update: Bishop has been located and is safe.

The Sumter County Sheriff's Office seeks the public’s help in locating a 16-year-old runaway.

Maya “Oliver” Bishop was last seen at her residence on Traditions Lane in Dalzell at about 10:30 p.m. on May 4, said Deputy Adrienne Saris, public information officer for the sheriff’s office. 

Bishop was last seen wearing a black sports bra under Army-green overalls with burgundy Vans shoes. Deputies said Bishop has diabetes but took her medication before leaving.

Bishop is 5 feet 6 inches and weighs about 120 pounds. She has blue hair and brown eyes.
