Sumter High's Nicole Wells wins Hines Furniture Athlete of the Year

Sumter High School track and field standout Nicole Wells won the vote for the Hines Furniture Athlete of the Year. Wells is currently out of town on vacation, so a full story on Wells will be ran next week when she returns to Sumter and she can be presented with the award.

Wells won the final vote over Laurence Manning Academy boys basketball player Jaden Sanders in a poll that completed on Wednesday night at midnight.
