Sumter SPCA's Charlie is active, affectionate and enjoys playtime

Charlie is a housebroken 1-year-old orange-tabby-and-white American short hair. He gets along wonderfully with other cats and children. Charlie is an active and affectionate boy who enjoys hugs, kisses and playtime. He would make a fantastic buddy for any family.
