Sumter Today: A special silhouette artist comes to Sumter County Museum

Clay Rice is an artist who makes silhouettes for people, and he will be at the Sumter County Museum on February 2nd to do silhouette cuttings for sale and a performance. He'll also be selling copies of his book and we stopped by the museum to learn a little more about he program.
