Sumter Today: We check out a recent training session with a joint team of first responders

Members of the Sumter County Sheriff's Office worked together this week during an active shooter training at the Sumter Fire Department's training grounds. EMS is trying to get enough practice in so that in the event of an active shooter situation, they can assist law enforcement on scene rather then staging near the incident and waiting to start treating patients until after the scene is cleared.
