Sumter Today: Festival on the Avenue brings family fun to South Sumter

Festival on the Avenue returned to South Sumter this weekend for the annual parade, performances, food and fun. The three-day event featured a living museum and a ceremony remembering the past, a golf tournament, and a Taste of Soul on the Avenue.
