Sumter Today: Sumter School District surprises its new Teachers of the Year

Sumter School District announced its new Teachers of the Year finalists, but instead of just announcing them, they went to all five schools in one day and surprised each finalist with balloons and a plant. The finalists represent two elementary schools, two middle schools and one high school.
