Sumter Today: Kingbury students celebrate International Dot Day

Students at Kingsbury Elementary School celebrated International Dot Day on Friday. Based on the popular children’s book, The Dot, the school’s STEAM team and administration challenged teachers to use the book to incorporate activities that teach students to make their mark and see where it takes them. We stopped by a few classrooms to see what they were learning and how they were using the book.
