Sumter Today: Students celebrate Black History Month

Rafting Creek Elementary School held a Black History Month program on Friday, focusing on entertainers and famous pop culture icons. Students performed educational numbers during the event, and they even got a special message from a now-famous NBA star with Sumter roots.
