Sumter Today: A dance studio in Sumter is celebrating 40 years

Freed’s School of Performing Arts will take the stage at Patriot Hall on Friday and Saturday to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Sumter Civic Dance Company, which is housed at the dance studio. Current dancers will be joined by many alumni, and we stopped by this week for a rehearsal to see what they have cooking up.
