Sumter Today: USC Sumter holds its 10th year of Mad About Science Summer Camp virtually.

Summer camps across the country were forced to cancel this year because of the pandemic, but USC Sumter used technology to ensure its 10th year of Mad About Science Summer Camp could go on. Campers logged onto Zoom daily last week to learn from Dr. Dan Kiernan who has led the camp since its inception. Registration fees were waived this year and many of the supplies needed for the experiments were household items.
