Sumter Today: A Change of Command for U.S. Army Central

On Thursday morning, a change of command ceremony was held outside Patton Hall on Shaw Air Force Base. Lieutenant General Ron Clark passed his duties as Commanding General of U.S. Army Central to Lieutenant General Patrick Frank. Lt. Gen. Clark is leaving U.S. Army Central to fill the role of Senior Military Assistant to the Secretary of Defense in Washington, D.C.
