Cemeteries need to be kept up so the loved ones buried there aren’t grown over and lost, and we have a small team in Sumter making sure that’s not the case.

When she’s not taken up in her role as site manager for the Temple Sinai Jewish History Center, Dianna Roof helps to cut weeds and clean up small local family cemeteries.

She recently enlisted the help of an Alice Drive Middle School student who was looking for community service projects for her beauty pageant circuit, and we stopped by the learn more about the Webb and Bradford-Brunson cemeteries.
