Sumter Today: Congressman James Clyburn brings his Help is Here tour to Manning

Congressman and Majority Whip James Clyburn brought vaccines to residents in Clarendon County last week on the second stop of his "Help is Here Town Hall Tour." The tour is giving Clyburn an opportunity to speak directly with constituents to dispel myths and rumors about the vaccine and to better explain the Child Tax Credit and other provisions in the American Rescue Plan.
The Child Tax Credit is particularly important to the sixth congressional district, with numbers showing that more than 92 percent of children in the district will be eligible to receive the CTC.
