Sumter Today: Downtown Sumter has new apartments ready for rent

Historic Heritage Properties has recently renovated abandoned building space on Main Street into four studio apartments upstairs and two commercial spaces downstairs. We took a tour of the space, one of which became available to rent today, to see what Sumter's first Main Street-facing apartments look like.
