Sumter Today: Sumter’s P-15s show their love of the sport to the next generation

Summer means time off from school for many students, but for this group of high schoolers, summer means baseball.

The Sumter P-15s are back on the diamond, but they’re not just spending time on their own game.

This week, they spent time at their home field at Riley Park teaching younger players about the game and helping them hone their skills.

We stopped by their baseball camp for kids ages 6 through 12 to learn more about it and their love of the game.
