What used to be Sunset Country Club is now Key-OH-Tee (Quixote) Club, and it’s in the middle of a total overhaul and renovation of the course and club house. Greg Thompson and his brother bought the club with the hopes of attracting golfers from around the country, and there’s an added local benefit connecting it to sumter’s soon-to-be first-ever charter school.
We stopped by to talk with Quixote’s head golf pro to learn more about how it’s coming along.
