Sumter Today: We get a cooking lesson from the Hamptons chef in their kitchen


Chef Rafaele Dall-Erta has made his way to downtown Sumter from the Inn at Little Washington by way of Milan, Italy. Now, he cooks up regional American cuisine with an Italian accent for weekday lunches and evening dinners at Hamptons as well as a casual bar menu upstairs at Rafters. We met up with Chef Dall-Erta to learn more about who he is, and I even got to try my hand at making their delicious pizza.
