Taffy is a neutered and housebroken 1-year-old American short hair. He is great with children, other cats and even dogs. Taffy is a playful, affectionate, active and friendly boy. He loves to be petted and given hugs and kisses. He would make a wonderful new addition to any family. The Sumter SPCA is located at 1140 S.
