The Sumter Assembly
The Sumter Assembly will present three debutantes on Wednesday, Dec. 18, at Sunset Country Club.
Chandler Jewel Curtis, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Warren Stephen Curtis, will be presented by her father and escorted by Connor McCoy Curtis and Turner Champ Newman.
Jacquelyn DuBose Fort, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jefferson DuBose Fort, will be presented by her father and escorted by William Craig Fort and Joseph Cooper Mota. She is sponsored by her aunt and uncle, Mr. and Mrs. William Thomas Fort III.
Amelia Brewer Weston, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Eugene King Weston Jr., will be presented by her father and escorted by Matthew Hamilton Frazier and Wilson deGraffenried Grayson.
Mr. John Malcolm Brabham Jr. is president of the club. Ball chairwoman is Mrs. John Malcolm Brabham Jr., and debutante chairwoman is Mrs. Scott McCrea Williams.
