DAVIS STATION - On Sunday, May 23, 2021, Thelma "Betty" Allen, widow of Herbert Lee "Herb" Hilliard, died at her residence in Davis Station.
Born on Aug. 12, 1943, in Elloree, she was a daughter of the late Issac and Annie Moorer Williams.
In accordance with CDC requirements in reference to COVID-19, the family is not receiving relatives and friends at the residence.
Funeral services are incomplete and will be announced by Fleming & Delaine Funeral Home and Chapel of Manning.
