Theodis Parsons Palmer, 92, widow of Robert John Palmer, transitioned on Thursday, Jan. 3, 2019, at Agape Hospice and Suites in Lexington.
Born in New Hartford, Missouri, she was a daughter of the late Richard and Evelyn Douglas Parsons. Mrs. Palmer was the executive director of the YWCA of the Upper Lowlands for more than 42 years. She was the owner and CEO of Palmer Memorial Chapel - Sumter.
