MANNING — Thomasina Billups, 50, died on Saturday, Jan. 18, 2020, at McLeod Regional Medical Center, Florence.
She was born on Aug. 7, 1969, in Manning, a daughter of John Billups and the late Ida Burgess Billups.
The family is receiving friends at the home of her uncle, Robert Burgess, 2341 Hancock Drive, Sumter.
