Thomasina Tomlin, 83, died on Friday, Jan. 31, 2020, at The Gardens of Sumter.
Born on Jan. 12, 1937, in Sumter County, she was a daughter of William Graham and Thelma Quaskie Jackson.
The family will receive relatives and friends at the home of her daughter, 745 George Washington Boulevard.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by the management of Williams Funeral Home Inc.
