Toby is sweet, active and loves to play

Toby is a housebroken 4-month-old American short hair. He is great with children and other cats. Toby is very sweet, affectionate, playful and active. He absolutely loves to chase cat toys and wrestle with his kitten buddies. The Sumter SPCA is located at 1140 S.
