MANNING - Tony Everette Smith, 40, died Saturday, Jan. 19, 2019, at McLeod Regional Medical Center, Florence. He was born Sept. 18, 1978, in Manning, a son of the late Anthony Smith and Mildred Miller Smith.
The family is receiving friends noon until 6 p.m. daily at his residence, 2862 Bradham Road, Manning.
