Tootsie is a neutered 8-month-old lab / hound mix. He is great with children and other dogs. Tootsie is such a sweet boy and adores people. He would be a perfect buddy for a family with children of any age due to his very friendly and loving personality. The Sumter SPCA is located at 1140 S.
