Tyrell Jermaine Burgess, 34, departed this life on Tuesday, Jan. 19, 2021, at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital.
He was born on Nov. 11, 1986, in Sumter, a son of Edith Burgess and the late Ricky Lee Harper.
The family will receive friends from noon to 9 p.m. daily at the home, 212 Perkins St., Sumter, SC 29150. The family requests all visitors wear a facial mask.
