Florence man dies in I-95 single-vehicle wreck

The 39-year-old driver of a Uhaul truck was pronounced dead on scene on Monday, Sept. 16, according to Sumter County Coroner Robbie Baker. Joshua Oakley of Duck Pond Road, Florence, has been identified as the deceased.
The coroner's office responded to a motor vehicle crash on Interstate 95 southbound at mile marker 134. The wreck occurred about 4:50 a.m. Monday.
An autopsy will be performed Tuesday morning at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol and the coroner's office are investigating.
