MANNING - Vermell Ragin Carter, 67, widow of Melvin Carter, died on Saturday, March 16, 2019, at McLeod Health Regional Medical Center, Florence.
She was born on Nov. 17, 1951, in Summerton, a daughter of the late Nelson Ridgill and Frances Ragin.
The family is receiving friends at the home of her daughter, Adrianne Carter Bennett, 1356 Herod Drive, Manning.
