VERNICE CAROLINA LESANE

Vernice Carolina Lesane, 74, wife of Oneal Lesane, was born on Feb. 9, 1947, in Mayesville, a daughter of the late Jerry Sr. and Rosa Lee White Carolina. She departed this life on Tuesday, July 20, 2021, at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital in Sumter.

Public viewing will be held from 2 to 6 p.m. today at Job's Mortuary.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday at Salem Chapel & Heritage Center, 101 S. Salem Ave., Sumter, SC 29150 with Pastor Eugen Myers, eulogist, and the Rev. Dr. Tiawana Mayo presiding. Interment will follow at White's Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the home, 13 Mills St., Mayesville, SC 29104.
