Vincent Croom, 55, died Friday, Aug. 2, 2019, in Sumter.
Born Nov. 18, 1963, in Sumter County, he was a son of the late James and Pearl Waiters Croom.
The family is receiving relatives and friends at the home of his sister, 4300 Patriot Parkway.
