Waffle is a spayed and housebroken 1-year-old American short hair. She is great with other cats and children. Waffle is very friendly and seeks out attention. She adores being scratched, hugged and given cuddles. She would be perfect for a family who loves an affectionate lap cat. The Sumter SPCA is located at 1140 S.
