Wilbert "Crow" Hicks, 73, was born on Sept. 20, 1947, in Sumter, a son of the late Bessie and David Hicks, and lived at 48 Larkin St. He departed this life on Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2020, at Kingston Veterans Administration Hospital, Bronx, New York.
